Repatha® SureClick® is a prescription biologic medication containing evolocumab, a human monoclonal antibody designed to lower cardiovascular risks. It functions as a PCSK9 (proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9) inhibitor. By binding to and blocking the PCSK9 protein, the medication drastically increases the number of receptors on the liver capable of clearing low-density lipoprotein (LDL), or “bad” cholesterol, from the blood. Administered via a single-use subcutaneous autoinjector, Repatha® is prescribed for individuals with primary hyperlipidemia or established cardiovascular disease to effectively reduce the risk of heart attacks, strokes, and coronary revascularization procedures.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
