Lynparza® is a targeted prescription oncology medication containing Olaparib (150 mg). It operates as a poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor, which effectively blocks an enzyme used by cancer cells to repair damaged DNA, ultimately leading to cell death. Lynparza® is primarily indicated for the maintenance treatment of adult patients with advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer harboring specific harmful BRCA mutations. It is also utilized in treating certain types of HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, and prostate cancer. Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
