ROMISET™ is a specialized prescription biologic containing Romiplostim ($125\text{ mcg}/\text{vial}$). Functioning as a thrombopoietin (TPO) receptor agonist, it works by mimicking the body’s natural TPO to stimulate the bone marrow, thereby increasing the production of platelets.
