Cyendiv®, containing 150 mg of Nintedanib in a soft gelatin capsule formulation, is a potent tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) used primarily to treat serious lung conditions. It is indicated for the treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF), specific types of chronic fibrosing interstitial lung diseases (ILDs) with a progressive phenotype, and systemic sclerosis-associated ILD. Nintedanib works by blocking multiple signaling pathways involved in tissue scarring (fibrosis). By inhibiting these processes, Cyendiv® helps slow down the decline in lung function, thereby helping patients manage debilitating respiratory symptoms.
