Bimode®, manufactured by Emcure, is a potent prescription antineoplastic medication providing 100 mg of Bendamustine hydrochloride per single-dose vial. Functioning as a unique bifunctional mechlorethamine derivative, it combines the properties of both alkylating agents and purine analogues to damage cancer cell DNA, thereby inhibiting replication and inducing apoptosis. Bimode® is primarily indicated for the clinical treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) that has progressed during or after rituximab-based regimens. Supplied as a lyophilized powder, it must strictly be reconstituted and administered via intravenous (I.V.) infusion under the close supervision of an experienced oncologist.

Precautions & Warnings
Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
