Exhep™ PEN is a prescription low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH) system containing 300 mg of Enoxaparin Sodium IP in a 3 mL solution. Manufactured by Emcure, this anticoagulant is primarily indicated for the prophylaxis and treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism, as well as the management of acute coronary syndromes. The formulation works by accelerating the activity of antithrombin III to inhibit clotting factors like Thrombin and Factor Xa. Packaged as an advanced multi-dose cartridge delivery kit complete with 8 pen needles and 8 alcohol swabs, it is designed strictly for subcutaneous (S.C.) use in single-patient compliance.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
