HepaRel™, manufactured by Reliance Life Sciences, is a 1 ml intramuscular injection containing 100 IU of Hepatitis B Immunoglobulin, conforming to Indian Pharmacopoeia (I.P.) standards. This sterile solution provides immediate passive immunization against the Hepatitis B virus (HBV). It is primarily indicated for post-exposure prophylaxis in individuals accidentally exposed to HBV-infected blood or fluids, including healthcare workers. Additionally, it is administered to prevent infection in infants born to HBsAg-positive mothers and liver transplant recipients. This specialized biologic requires strict intramuscular delivery and must be administered under proper medical supervision.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
