GARDASIL®, manufactured by MSD, is a 0.5 mL single-dose pre-filled vaccine protecting against Human Papillomavirus (Types 6, 11, 16, and 18). This recombinant suspension works by prompting the immune system to build targeted defenses before virus exposure occurs. It is indicated for adolescents and young adults to prevent cervical, vulvar, vaginal, and anal cancers caused by high-risk HPV types 16 and 18. Additionally, it provides robust protection against genital warts associated with types 6 and 11. Administered exclusively as an intramuscular injection, it must be given under healthcare supervision following recommended multi-dose schedules.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
