Sybrava™ 284 mg (Inclisiran) is an advanced, targeted prescription medication classified as a small interfering RNA (siRNA) therapy. It is indicated for the treatment of adults with primary hypercholesterolemia (including heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia) or mixed dyslipidemia to effectively lower low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). By turning off or “silencing” the PCSK9 gene in the liver, Sybrava™ enhances the liver’s natural ability to clear harmful bad cholesterol from the bloodstream.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
