Evenity® (romosozumab-aqqg) is an advanced, targeted prescription anabolic biologic indicated for treating osteoporosis in postmenopausal women at high risk for fracture. Operating via a unique dual mechanism of action, this humanized monoclonal antibody specifically binds to and inhibits sclerostin, a regulatory glycoprotein in bone metabolism. By blocking sclerostin, Evenity® rapidly increases osteoblastic bone formation while concurrently reducing osteoclastic bone resorption to accelerate bone mineral density gains. Administered monthly as a subcutaneous dual-syringe injection by a healthcare professional, the total therapeutic duration is strictly capped at twelve monthly doses.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
