Remicade® 100 mg

Remicade® 100 mg is a highly targeted biologic therapy containing Infliximab, a chimeric human-murine IgG1 monoclonal antibody produced via recombinant DNA technology. Classified as a tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) inhibitor, it works by binding to and neutralizing TNF-α to suppress severe systemic inflammation. This intravenous infusion is widely indicated for managing moderate-to-severe autoimmune and inflammatory disorders. Key treatable conditions include Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis (co-administered with methotrexate), ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, and plaque psoriasis.
