Pamorelin® LA 3.75 is a long-acting gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist containing Triptorelin. Formulated as a sustained-release suspension for injection, it is highly utilized in modern hormonal oncology and reproductive medicine.
In men, it reduces testosterone secretion to slow the progression of advanced, hormone-dependent prostate cancer. In women, it shuts off ovarian hormone synthesis to suppress estrogen levels, effectively treating endometriosis and down-regulating pituitary function during assisted reproductive technology (ART/IVF) protocols.
