ADLEAP™ is a prescription oncology medication containing Enzalutamide (40 mg) per capsule. Classified as an androgen receptor inhibitor, it is designed to slow the progression of prostate cancer. It functions by targeting and blocking multiple steps in the androgen receptor signaling pathway, preventing testosterone from binding to and fueling the growth of prostate cancer cells. This advanced therapeutic agent is primarily indicated for patients diagnosed with metastatic or non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC).
