Anti D® (Trinbelimab 300 mcg) is the world’s first recombinant Anti Rh(o)-D Immunoglobulin, manufactured by BSV, primarily indicated for Rh prophylaxis in pregnancy-related complications. It is a specialized monoclonal antibody administered intramuscularly to Rh-negative mothers carrying an Rh-positive fetus.
The solution works by nullifying fetal rhesus-D positive red blood cells that may enter the maternal bloodstream during childbirth, miscarriage, or trauma. This critical medical intervention successfully blocks maternal-fetal RhD alloimmunization, preventing the mother’s immune system from forming harmful antibodies that could cause life-threatening Hemolytic Disease of the Newborn (HDN) in future pregnancies.

Precautions & Warnings
Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
