CRIZALK™ (crizotinib) is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is caused by a defect in either the anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene or the ROS1 gene. It belongs to a class of drugs known as kinase inhibitors. Crizotinib works by blocking the action of abnormal proteins that signal cancer cells to multiply. Each oral capsule contains 250mg of the active ingredient. This targeted therapy helps to slow or stop the growth of tumors in eligible patients. It is manufactured by Pfizer. Patients should take it exactly as prescribed by their doctor.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
