Hemlibra® is a breakthrough prescription biologic therapy manufactured by Roche, containing the active substance Emicizumab. Formulated as a $150\text{ mg} / 1\text{ ml}$ solution for subcutaneous injection, it is a bispecific monoclonal antibody designed to mimic the cofactor function of activated factor VIII. By bridging activated factor IX and factor X, Hemlibra restores the natural blood clotting cascade. It is specifically indicated for routine prophylaxis to prevent or reduce the frequency of bleeding episodes in patients with hemophilia A (congenital factor VIII deficiency), with or without factor VIII inhibitors. It must be administered under strict specialist supervision.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
