Lenangio™ 10, manufactured by Dr. Reddy’s, is a potent prescription immunomodulatory medication containing 10 mg of Lenalidomide. Primarily indicated for oncology and hematology patients, it is widely used to treat multiple myeloma (often in combination with dexamethasone) and specific transfusion-dependent myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). It works by altering immune system activity, inhibiting the growth of microvascular blood vessels to tumors, and directly inducing apoptosis in abnormal bone marrow cells.
