MERONEM® I.V. is a critical prescription antibiotic containing Meropenem (1g). As a broad-spectrum carbapenem, it works by penetrating bacterial cells and disrupting cell wall synthesis, which rapidly destroys both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It is heavily relied upon in clinical settings to treat severe, complicated infections, including nosocomial pneumonia, intra-abdominal infections, complicated urinary tract infections, skin structure infections, and bacterial meningitis. Reserved for severe or resistant bacterial strains, MERONEM® I.V. must be reconstituted and administered exclusively by healthcare professionals via intravenous injection or infusion.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
