Polivy® is an advanced prescription oncology therapy manufactured by Roche, containing the active substance Polatuzumab Vedotin. Formulated as a 30 mg single-dose vial, it is a CD79b-directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). The monoclonal antibody component binds selectively to CD79b, a protein highly expressed on the surface of malignant B-cells, delivering a potent anti-mitotic agent directly inside the target cells to destroy them. Polivy® is indicated in combination regimens for the treatment of adult patients with previously untreated or relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Administration must be conducted exclusively under expert oncological supervision.

Precautions & Warnings
Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
