RAZUMAB™ (ranibizumab), manufactured by Intas, is a sterile 10 mg/mL solution supplied in a 2.3 mg / 0.23 mL vial for intravitreal injection. It is indicated for treating neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration, diabetic macular edema, and macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion. By selectively inhibiting vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), RAZUMAB suppresses abnormal blood vessel proliferation and reduces vascular permeability in the retina. Administered directly into the vitreous cavity by an ophthalmologist, this targeted biologic helps stabilize or improve visual acuity, requiring routine monitoring to prevent serious ocular adverse effects.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
