SIROMUS TABLETS

Siromus® 1 mg, manufactured by Zydus Trans-Immune, is a prescription immunosuppressant containing Sirolimus. It is formulated to prevent organ rejection in kidney transplant recipients by inhibiting the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR), which in turn suppresses T-lymphocyte proliferation. Siromus® is indicated for use in a combination regimen with other immunosuppressive agents. This critical therapy must be administered and monitored exclusively under the direct guidance of a transplant specialist, with regular blood level testing required to manage its potent effects and potentially serious side-effect profile.
