Taspiance® (Manufactured by Emcure® in collaboration with Roche)

Taspiance® is an advanced biological therapeutic containing Peginterferon alfa-2a formulated as a single-dose, pre-filled syringe delivering 180 mcg per 0.5 ml. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of chronic Hepatitis B (HBV) and chronic Hepatitis C (HCV) infections. As a pegylated interferon, the medication works by binding to specific cell-surface receptors, triggering a complex cascade of intracellular signaling that exhibits potent antiviral, antiproliferative, and immunomodulatory activities.
