TEMOZAD®-100 is a prescription oncology medication containing Temozolomide ($100\text{ mg}$) per capsule. It is an oral alkylating agent used in chemotherapy to treat specific types of brain tumors, such as newly diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme (in combination with radiotherapy) and refractory anaplastic astrocytoma. The active ingredient works by damaging the DNA of cancer cells, which slows their growth and division. Due to the potential for serious side effects, including myelosuppression (reduced blood cell counts) and liver toxicity, treatment with TEMOZAD®-100 must be initiated and strictly monitored by a qualified oncologist.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
