TENEPACT™ 40 is a critical prescription thrombolytic medication containing 40 mg of Tenecteplase (TNK-tPA), manufactured by Glenmark. Formulated as a single-use vial of lyophilized powder, this tissue plasminogen activator functions as an immediate “clot-dissolving” agent. It is indicated strictly for intravenous use during acute cardiovascular emergencies, primarily acute myocardial infarction (heart attack). By targetingly breaking down blood clots blocking the coronary arteries, TENEPACT™ 40 rapidly restores necessary blood flow to ischemic cardiac tissues, significantly minimizing permanent muscle damage and optimizing patient survival outcomes when administered urgently under clinical supervision.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
