Eleftha is a biosimilar form of Trastuzumab, a targeted monoclonal antibody therapy manufactured by INTAS. Supplied as a 150 mg single-use vial of lyophilized powder, it is a recombinant DNA-derived IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody that selectively binds with high affinity to the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). Eleftha is strictly indicated for the treatment of specific adult patients diagnosed with HER2-overexpressing breast cancer (both early and metastatic) and HER2-overexpressing metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma. Treatment must only be initiated and supervised by a qualified oncologist.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
