VIVITRA

Vivitra™, manufactured by Zydus Ingenia, contains 440 mg of Trastuzumab as a lyophilized powder in a multi-dose vial, accompanied by a 20 mL sterile bacteriostatic water diluent. This targeted monoclonal antibody therapy is indicated for treating HER2-overexpressing breast cancer, both early-stage and metastatic, as well as HER2-positive metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinomas. Vivitra works by binding to HER2 receptors, inhibiting tumor cell proliferation. Administration requires reconstitution and must be delivered solely via intravenous infusion under strict clinical supervision. Patient selection must be confirmed by HER2-positive tumor testing prior to initiating therapy.
