Zoladex® LA is a specialized prescription hormonal therapy containing Goserelin acetate (10.8 mg). It is supplied as a long-acting, sustained-release subcutaneous implant prefilled in a sterile syringe. Functioning as a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist, it continuously stimulates the pituitary gland, leading to a down-regulation of receptors and a profound suppression of testosterone and estrogen production. Consequently, it is widely indicated for the management of advanced prostate cancer in men and advanced breast cancer or severe endometriosis in women. Due to its unique administration procedure, the implant must be carefully introduced by a trained healthcare professional.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
