Retelex® Kit is an advanced prescription thrombolytic medication containing Reteplase (18 mg), a recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (tPA). It is engineered as a sterile lyophilized powder for intravenous administration. The medication functions by binding to fibrin in a thrombus (blood clot) and converting trapped plasminogen into plasmin, which effectively dissolves the clot. Retelex® is primarily indicated for acute management in patients experiencing acute myocardial infarction (heart attack) to improve ventricular function and reduce mortality. Because of the critical risk of severe systemic bleeding, it is strictly indicated for emergency clinical use under rigorous medical supervision.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
