Enoxoiaish

ENOXOAISH is a prescription anticoagulant containing Enoxaparin Sodium ($40\text{ mg} / 0.4\text{ ml}$). As a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH), it works by accelerating the antithrombin III-mediated inhibition of coagulation factors Xa and IIa, thereby preventing the formation and propagation of harmful blood clots. It is primarily indicated for the prophylaxis of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in patients undergoing abdominal, hip, or knee replacement surgery, or those with severely restricted mobility during acute illness. Additionally, it is used to treat existing DVT and acute coronary syndromes. It must be administered via subcutaneous injection as directed by a healthcare professional.
