Axentri®, manufactured by Emcure, is a highly specialized prescription antiretroviral medication containing 150 mg of Maraviroc. Classified as a CCR5 co-receptor antagonist, it utilizes a unique mechanism of action by selectively binding to the CCR5 receptors on human CD4 cells. This blockade prevents CCR5-tropic HIV-1 viruses from attaching to, entering, and infecting healthy immune cells. Axentri® is indicated for the clinical management of HIV-1 infection in combination with other antiretroviral agents. Packaged in a standard container of 60 tablets for oral administration, this targeted entry inhibitor therapy must strictly be initiated and managed by a certified infectious disease specialist.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
