Emzumab is an advanced anti-IgE monoclonal antibody designed as a lyophilized powder for subcutaneous injection. It works by selectively binding to circulating immunoglobulin E (IgE), preventing it from triggering the release of inflammatory mediators from mast cells and basophils. This biologic therapy is primarily indicated for patients aged six and older suffering from moderate-to-severe persistent allergic asthma that remains uncontrolled by standard inhaled corticosteroids. It is also prescribed to treat severe chronic spontaneous urticaria (hives) and nasal polyps. The combikit includes the necessary vial, sterile water, and syringes for precise clinical compounding and preparation.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
