ADSUNIB™ 50, manufactured by Adley, contains 50 mg of Sunitinib Malate per capsule. As a potent multi-targeted receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor, it is primarily indicated for the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer) and gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) after disease progression on or intolerance to imatinib. Additionally, it is prescribed for progressive, well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. By targeting specific vascular endothelial growth factor receptors, it inhibits angiogenesis and tumor cell proliferation. Supplied as a 28-capsule bottle or blister pack, this oncology therapy must be taken strictly under oncologist supervision.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
