Darzalex™ 400 mg/20 mL (Daratumumab) is a targeted prescription oncology biologic indicated for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma. Classified as a human IgG1κ monoclonal antibody, it operates via a highly specific mechanism of action that binds to the CD38 glycoprotein widely expressed on the surface of malignant plasma cells. Upon binding, Darzalex™ directly induces tumor cell apoptosis and triggers immune-mediated cell death through antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC). Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
