PiViKTO is an advanced oral oncology medication containing Alpelisib, a targeted kinase inhibitor primarily acting against the PI3K-alpha pathway. It is indicated alongside endocrine therapy (such as fulvestrant) to treat adults with hormone receptor (HR)-positive, HER2-negative, and PIK3CA-mutated advanced or metastatic breast cancer. By selectively blocking mutated PI3K proteins, it directly suppresses the signaling mechanism that drives cancer cell proliferation and survival. This medication should be taken daily with food as prescribed. Clinical monitoring is required during use, specifically for common potential adverse reactions such as hyperglycemia, skin rash, fatigue, and diarrhea.

Reconstitute only with the prescribed quantity of clean drinking water. Shake well before each use. Complete the full course as prescribed. Discard any unused suspension after 7 days of reconstitution.
